About Cervecera Guayacan SpA

Guayacán is a Craft Brewery located in north Chile's Elqui Valley that produce their beers with renewable energy while including the local community in Diaguitas. Almost 100% of their employees are local people. They also drive the development of regional tourism with guided tours to the plant and a local beergarden next to their facilities. They aim to be one of the 5 biggest craft breweries in Chile.

Porque compartimos la visión de Sistema B con respecto al éxito económico de las empresas. No buscamos ser una empresa pasajera ni enfocada solo en las utilidades, sino que además de ser rentables, queremos tener un impacto positivo en la sociedad donde estamos inmersos, siempre cuidando el medio ambiente y trascendiendo en el tiempo. Creemos también que la des-centralización de Chile es uno los pilares para mejorar nuestra economía y la calidad de vida de las personas. Por eso optamos por montar nuestra operación en un pueblo rural, donde nunca antes se había producido cerveza, pero al mismo tiempo con respecto y cuidado por todo nuestro entorno.

Esta mentalidad tiene que ver con comunicar el mensaje de que es posible salir de lo patrones habituales existentes para lograr el éxito económico y que al mismo tiempo la empresa debe ser sustentable en el tiempo independiente de las personas que trabajen en ella.
