About GenerationHope, Inc.

HOPE is the only Philippine company to donate 100% of its profits to the building of public school classrooms. Launched in 2012, their mission was simple, to allow Filipinos to choose another way – to vote with their peso about what was important to them.

Today, HOPE has built classrooms across the country and enjoys a partnership with thousands of retail outlets that sell HOPE products, all of whom, like HOPE, believe in the power of Business For Good.

As HOPE looks towards the future, we have expanded our portfolio to include co-branded products that improve opportunities for all Filipinos. With the continued support of both the public and private sectors, we have found another way – a better way.

HOPE feels honored to be part of the growing B Corp community whose vision and values so closely align with their own.

The Change We Seek®

HOPE’s mission is to empower every Filipino to participate in the advancement of a social good. They provide consumers with products that make it easy to make a difference, giving them and others HOPE.

As HOPE scales, they aspire not only to influence consumers but also to engage the broader business community in a conversation to rethink our bottom lines in terms that expand beyond financial.

Sustainability matters. HOPE uses water to build public school classrooms but fully appreciates the environmental concerns related to plastic bottles and as such, have introduced a range of products and innovations to enhance the sustainability of their products. This includes the sale of HOPE reusable beverage containers as well as the introduction of Hope in a Box, the first Philippine water packaged in sustainably sourced cartons. HOPE also introduced a recycling program in 2017 that converts post consumer plastic packaging into ECO-Bricks for their classrooms and hope to fully offset plastic in their products through the ECO-brick program in the coming years.

HOPE's staff, customers, and the greater community understand that working with HOPE is a commitment towards a new kind of corporate stewardship - a Business for Good.
