We aspire to design and build meaningful things that create or empower change, at scale. We do this in three ways:

  • We seek to deeply understand our partner and their problem space through rigorous research. This research becomes the backbone of a product development strategy aligned with key business outcomes.
  • We collaborate with our partner to design, develop, and release an amazing product.
  • We support our partners in their work on an ongoing basis - often over the course of multi-year relationships.  



We’re seeking an entrepreneurial individual to join our growing tech-focused social enterprise in a key leadership role. You will thrive having plenty of autonomy and control over your role and the trust you need to make key decisions. You’ve been around the block and are not new to this role; in fact, you might have started your own company and be bringing your previous business development experience from that to the table.

Working closely with Exygy’s CEO, you will own the business development strategy and process, leading our team in building strategic relationships, identifying opportunities, qualifying, scoping, and closing deals. Your mission and responsibility will be to not only drive revenue and build relationships with high-impact potential clients, but also to ensure financial sustainability for Exygy.

You will constantly be looking for ways that an organization's challenges might be addressed through the thoughtful usage of technology. As a natural relationship builder and networker, you will thrive at engaging with various stakeholders at events and one-on-one meetings. You will use your combination of interpersonal and tech savvy problem solving skills to communicate with various stakeholders about ways that Exygy can provide excellent services to solve their challenges.



  • Carrying our organization forward by cultivating relationships with current and prospective customers, and closing deals.
  • Applying strong business acumen while maintaining a relentless focus on our purpose and mission.
  • Achieving immediate sales goals while honing an approach for long-term success and loyal customer base.
  • Achieving, and then surpassing, financial sustainability for Exygy by adjusting business strategy and tactics as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the CEO and COO to help guide our marketing initiatives, providing strategic and creative input.
  • Listening and collaborating with customers to find win-win business partnerships.
