About OTA Franchise Corporation

OTA’s education is geared toward individual investors or traders, novice or experienced, who want to learn how to use the same tools and professional trading techniques as the professional traders on Wall Street. These courses offer a complete education and training experience focusing on trading fundamentals, technical analysis, risk management, and highly-developed skills of execution for virtually any trading instrument. Classes cover a spectrum of trading styles and asset classes, from Short Term Trading, Swing Trading, Position Trading, and Investment Theory for Stocks, Exchange Traded Funds, Options, Futures (Eminis & Commodities) and Currencies.

Once the mechanics of trading have been learned, students may opt to spend an additional training period in virtual classrooms called “Extended Learning Tracks” or “XLT’s”, an online learning experience which enables the student to choose the area of study that best fits their chosen trading style, asset class and learning objectives.

OTA allows the student to experience live trading in a classroom environment and covers the commissions and losses because OTA believe the only way to learn trading is to do it, in the live market with an experienced trader/instructor. Online Trading Academy students, become part of a community of active traders committed to succeed through continuously improving their professional skills. Many of OTA classes offer free “retakes” for as long as the student is enrolled, while others offer lifetime learning at a reasonable cost.

At Online Trading Academy, we have always believed in the power of excellent financial education to dynamically transform lives. We’re propelled by a sincere desire to support and encourage people to discover and act on their individual, motivating “Why?”

And from what we have observed, that “Why” usually doesn’t mean the pursuit of pure profit. For most people, their “Why” is to positively affect and influence others, whether it’s a family member, another individual, a community or a worthy cause.

That same “Why” is at the heart of our company culture, and the reason it clearly resonates with the principles that define benefit corporations, such as social and environmental responsibility, accountability and transparency. Seeking certification and becoming a B Corp has allowed us an opportunity to publicly commit to continue to operate provide innovative education as a force for good. The rigorous certification process has not only challenged us to establish systems to ensure that we continue to measure what matters, but also to set targets to help improve future impact assessments and increase our impact on the world.

Our employees are excited and proud to be part of the B Corp movement. We can state with confidence that Online Trading Academy is a company that benefits not only our students, but all stakeholders including also our employees, their families and the communities where we live and work, and all around the globe.
