About Radfield Home Care

Radfield Home Care is an award-winning company built on an outstanding reputation that provides care services to clients who wish to remain living in their own home. Founders Dr. Hannah MacKechnie and her brother Alex Green grew up in a Residential Home for the Elderly which gave them a unique understanding of how good quality care should be delivered. They have always been passionate about creating a company that is centred in the local community and that adds value to peoples' lives and this is why Radfield is a truly caring company that keeps its clients and staff at the heart of all that they do.

Established in 2008 in Shrewsbury, Radfield Home Care soon developed an excellent local reputation and soon became the care agency of choice. This led to the business expanding into Worcestershire and then further afield to Staffordshire and Cheshire. In 2016 Hannah and Alex launched the franchising arm of the business which allows like-minded people to establish their own Radfield Home Care branch in their local area following the same principles and ethics of the core company.

Radfield Home Care are a company built on and based on positive relationships. They are all about all of their people, all of the time - be it clients, their families, health care professionals, staff, their families and so on.... This is why Radfield has developed beyond being simply a care business - Radfield is a community of care.

We became a B Corp because we wanted to demonstrate our commitment to our people and to our planet in a transparent and clear way. We are extremely proud to be the first care company in the UK to become an accredited B Corp and to represent the care sector within the B Corp community.
