Red-Inc believe that their industry needs to adapt to the changing market conditions and new ways of thinking. They need to attract talent first and foremost and B Corps can aid that process. Out of date sales processes, tender compliance and owner managed company structures have to adhere to a new dynamic and a new set of rules if there is any chance of real progress.
