How to host an Open Conversation about Anti-racism
Whilst we may be tempted to rush to respond with new policies and practices, for long-term meaningful action, we need to take a step back and reflect on our roles as individuals within a system that perpetuates racism. The journey towards building anti-racist organisations and dismantling racism starts with the individual.

We recognise that your business, teams, and priorities may be severely impacted by COVID-19. For B Corps due to recertify in 2020, B Lab is offering a six-month extension to allow extra time and flexibility for your company’s most pressing needs. We also welcome you to continue on your original timeline if you prefer, as our team is still actively recertifying companies.
If you’re not sure when your recertification due date is, log in to your B Impact Assessment and find it at the top of your Dashboard. As of 1st April, your new recertification date reflects this extended timeline. Please note that your B Corp Certification fee is managed separately to your recertification. If you have any questions on your certification fees, please contact community@bcorporation.uk.
