UK Anti-Racism Resources

"We cannot credibly build an inclusive economic system without addressing the fundamental injustice, inequity and violence that disproportionately impact Black people and other People of Colour. As a community of responsible business leaders, we must get to work to move beyond rhetoric and take meaningful action against racism. We recognize that it is not enough to be quietly non-racist — we have a responsibility to become vocal, visible anti-racist leaders in our businesses and communities." Anthea Kelsick, Co-CEO, B Lab US and Canada.

Here in the UK, we are seeing a wave of individuals and businesses using their voices, educating themselves and taking meaningful action to demand change. We recognise that there is a lot of work to be done and to help you to centre justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in your policies and practices, B Lab UK have created this list of resources, guides and examples to help you take action. We will be updating this page regularly, so if you would like to give us any feedback or submit any resources or examples of how you are taking anti-racist action, please contact us at community@bcorporation.uk.
