Ali Fisher is the Founder of Plans With Purpose, established in 2017, a consultancy with a mission to put regeneration at the heart of business growth and a purpose to spark change that matters.

Ali specialises in the people side of B Corp, supporting organisations to move from intent to impact through equity audits, listening groups, surveys, stakeholder engagement, action planning and facilitated collective action.

She helps businesses explore & communicate their JEDI why, understand where they are now on their JEDI journey, identify opportunities for meaningful change and create realistic plans that engage and create positive impact for all.

Ali is also Co-Founder of the JEDI MATTERS Collective, founded in 2024, as a collaborative community bringing B Corps together to learn, share experiences and resources and accelerate progress on Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion together.
