Alice Elliott

Alice is a B Corp Consultant and sustainability consultant with two decades of experience helping organisations turn ambition into practical, lasting change. She has supported dozens of businesses across finance, manufacturing, arts and culture, and science and technology on their B Corp certification journeys.

Alice works with organisations navigating complex value chains, sustainability strategy, impact management, governance, and reporting. She uses the B Corp standards as a strategic lens—not simply a certification checklist—to clarify priorities, surface trade-offs, strengthen decision-making, and embed accountability across an organisation.

Her work spans strategy development through to implementation. At Junxion, she has developed sustainability roadmaps, supported B Corp certification, assessed value-chain risks and opportunities, and helped clients translate purpose into measurable actions and improvement targets. Her experience includes work with organisations such as Seasalt, Quorn Foods, Brompton Bicycles, Lightrock AG, and Crown Agents Bank.

Alice brings a systems perspective shaped by work across business, NGOs, education, government, and finance. She is particularly interested in how organisations can identify their most material impacts, consider who is affected by their decisions, and make informed choices that create durable value.

Based in Innsbruck, Alice can be found snowboarding or mountain biking with family and friends in the Alps, across the seasons.
