I'm a Sustainability Associate at Litmus Sustainability and a B Corp Consultant, with an MSc in Sustainability and experience helping businesses navigate the B Corp certification process.

I've supported businesses across the textile and retail sectors, including helping clients achieve initial certification and recertification. My experience covers gap assessments, policy development, stakeholder engagement and preparation for verification, with particular interests in the B Corp standards, Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) and human rights.

Whilst I have a lot of experience with SMEs, I also work with medium and large manufacturers, helping them understand and address the sustainability challenges relevant to the scale of their operations.

My approach is to make complex requirements feel manageable. I enjoy breaking down technical standards into clear, practical steps without overwhelming people with jargon or telling them what they should already know. From setting up project management boards to coordinating evidence and overseeing the certification journey, I aim to take pressure off internal teams and make the process as straightforward as possible.

For me, good consultancy is about being approachable, working collaboratively and helping businesses make meaningful progress, not just ticking boxes.
