I’m Celia Gaze, Founder and CEO of The Wellbeing Farm, a B Corp-certified wedding, events and hospitality business in Lancashire, and creator of B Corp Fest.

The Wellbeing Farm became a B Corp to prove that hospitality can be commercially successful while also putting people, planet and purpose at the heart of the business. I’ve led the Farm through certification and recertification, embedding B Corp principles into our strategy, culture, operations, sustainability and decision-making.

My consulting approach is practical, commercial and rooted in real-world experience. I work with purpose-led SMEs who want B Corp to become more than a badge, helping them use the framework to strengthen strategy, improve culture, evidence impact, embed sustainability and create meaningful change.

My background spans leadership, strategy, hospitality, sustainability and organisational change, including senior leadership experience within the NHS. I bring that mix into my work, translating complex B Corp requirements into practical actions that teams can understand and implement.

I’m passionate about helping businesses see B Corp not as a box-ticking exercise, but as a framework for building better, more resilient and more purposeful businesses. Through B Corp Fest and my wider work, I also champion collaboration across the B Corp community.
