I’m a specialist B Corp consultant focused on helping businesses understand and integrate the new Human Rights Impact Topics. I’ve now supported 30+ B Corp businesses and 15 B Corp consultants across sectors including food, manufacturing, retail, beauty, financial services and professional services.

My particular expertise is in the Human Rights Impact topic, where I help businesses understand what the standards mean in practice, identify gaps, build the right evidence and integrate human rights into how they actually operate.

I’ve delivered B Corp V2 projects for multiple businesses, mentored and trained B Corp consultants and B Leaders, and delivered human rights workshops for B Lab. This means I bring both hands-on implementation experience and a strong understanding of how to translate the standards for teams.

My approach is practical and evidence-led: I build tools, provide training, and work alongside teams to ensure new processes are genuinely embedded rather than created solely to meet certification requirements. The B Corp projects I’ve supported through audit to date have had their evidence accepted by auditors without significant challenge.
