Demi Heath

At Hearth, I support businesses at every stage of their B Corp journey, whether you’re exploring certification, preparing to submit or embedding the new standards once certified.

Core services:

Baseline: a clear gap analysis against B Lab’s standards, with a prioritised action plan.

Workshops: practical sessions that build your team’s understanding and ownership of each Impact Topic.

Ongoing support: hands-on help with policies, evidence and verification, flexed to your capacity.

I tailor my approach to your size, sector and budget, & offer a 20% discount for marginalised founders, because certification should be accessible to every business.

For those who prefer to learn alongside peers, or looking for a more afforable approach, I co-founded Sussex Impact Pathway with fellow B Corp consultant Ella Turner. We run small group programmes across the South East and London, with a 100% certification rate so far.

I bring 7 years experience in sustainability and B Corp, and 10 in project management. As a founding Co-Chair of B Local Brighton, I value building a community where businesses share, learn & push each other further. I also sit on Brighton & Hove’s Economic Growth Board, representing impact-led businesses.

Before sustainability, I was in the arts & festivals. That still shapes how I work: curious, people-focused & committed to creating an honest impact story.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you there. I’d love to chat, so please get in touch.
