I am Co-Director of Strategy and Certification at Litmus Sustainability, a UK consultancy that helps businesses worldwide make faster, better-evidenced progress on sustainability. I lead our B Corp and EcoVadis practice alongside our carbon and ESG advisory work.

We provide end-to-end B Corp support: gap analysis against the new standards for companies deciding whether and when to certify, then full certification support, from developing policies and the wider evidence base to preparing the submission and managing verification.

My approach is practical. I focus on moving through certification efficiently, reducing the strain on internal teams, and delivering value beyond the badge itself. It draws on a PhD in sustainability strategy, applied and refined through work with hundreds of firms, so projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Where possible, I tie the programme to a commercial case, whether that is a tender requirement, a customer demand or a brand position the business needs to back up.

Because we also deliver EcoVadis and carbon work, I can see where a B Corp programme overlaps with other requirements a company is likely to face, and sequence the work so nothing is done twice.

Outside client delivery, I mentor businesses on sustainability and have worked at board level on strategy and reporting, including with major international institutions.
