I support organisations through B Corp certification as a partner in change. For some, certification might be the first step towards sustainability. For others, it is an opportunity to refine and strengthen what they already do well. Either way, I help make it a meaningful part of how the business develops.

I bring a background in manufacturing, including operational excellence, change management, culture and leadership development. I understand how complex organisations work, and I am as comfortable with a leadership team as I am on the shop floor. Within B Corp, my focus is on environment and circularity, and on purpose and stakeholders, drawing on experience of resource efficiency, circular economy strategy and purpose-led leadership.

I shape my support around what the organisation needs, whether that is leading the whole process or working alongside the teams on specific areas. It is always practical, joined up and built around each organisation's priorities and resources.

The result is sustainability that sits within everyday processes and decisions, strengthening the business and continuing to add value for its people and the planet.
