Heidi Florence

Heidi Florence is the founder of Fair Enough, a sustainability consultancy helping businesses turn good intentions into practical action.

After a career spanning fashion, social media and marketing, Heidi became increasingly interested in finding a fairer way to do business. One that considers its impact on people and the planet alongside profit. She went on to study Business Sustainability Management with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership before founding Fair Enough.

Heidi specialises in B Corp certification and ongoing sustainability strategy, taking a hands-on approach that often means becoming an extension of her clients’ teams. Her work ranges from navigating B Corp requirements and developing policies to carbon reporting, impact measurement and embedding better social and environmental practices into everyday operations.

She has supported Creature & Co., publisher of National Geographic Kids Magazine UK, through B Corp certification, along with PrettyGreen PR and Walker Agency. She particularly enjoys the ripple effect B Corp certification can create by encouraging businesses to bring their employees, suppliers, clients and communities along with them.

Outside work, Heidi is a keen skater and founding member of Swanage Skatepark Community Project, a registered charity fundraising to redevelop the town’s skatepark, putting her belief in community action into practice.
