Curiosity is usually where the most interesting work starts. I work with businesses that want to understand what is changing around them, ask better questions, and explore how climate, nature and resilience fit into the way they operate.

For B Corp, I support small and medium-sized businesses with certification, recertification, understanding the standards, identifying gaps and turning requirements into practical action. For larger organisations, I often come in through climate and nature workshops, helping people connect the dots, build confidence and turn knowledge into action.

I’ve supported more than 40 businesses across sectors including food, travel, sport, lighting and furniture, and have been supporting B Corps with consultancy services for five years, spanning almost half of B Corp’s history in the UK. I’m also a B Local co-chair and facilitator of interactive climate, nature and systems-thinking workshops.

My approach is collaborative. I’m not interested in disappearing with a checklist and handing it back finished. I’d rather help people understand the why, ask better questions and build the knowledge and confidence to make good decisions themselves.

I’m especially interested in where business meets nature, and in helping organisations become better equipped to withstand and thrive through economic, environmental and social change.
