Laura Slack

I’m Laura Slack, founder of Planet & Purpose and a UK B Corp Consultant. I support purpose-driven businesses to navigate B Corp certification and recertification, understand the new B Corp standards, and turn the framework into practical improvements that create lasting business impact.

I work with businesses at different stages of growth, from smaller owner-led companies through to organisations with 50+ employees. My support ranges from hands-on guidance through the B Corp certification process and B Impact Assessment, to longer-term impact and sustainability strategy.

I bring a practical, supportive approach to B Corp consulting. I help clients understand what the standards mean for their particular business, identify priorities and gaps, gather and develop the evidence they need, and embed meaningful improvements rather than treating certification as a one-off project.

I have supported 20+ businesses across sectors including food and drink, manufacturing, wholesale and professional services, with experience spanning both initial certification and recertification.

Through Planet & Purpose, I offer different levels of support depending on the size, stage and needs of the business. My aim is to make B Corp achievable and meaningful, while helping businesses use the process as a catalyst for positive change across their people, communities, environment and governance.
