Policies, targets and scores matter but lasting change means looking beneath the surface at culture, leadership, behaviours and the conditions shaping everyday decisions.

I bring together commercial strategy, sustainability and professional coaching so I can work across both the business challenge and the human dynamics underneath it.

My approach is rooted in systems thinking. Rather than treating sustainability as another initiative alongside the 'real' business, I help organisations embed purpose into strategy, culture and decision-making.

Because the presenting problem is rarely the whole problem. B Corp, growth, leadership, culture and strategy are often more connected than they first appear.
