I help SMEs and purpose-led organisations build capability and confidence in sustainable and regenerative business through my award-winning coaching & sustainability consultancy. Drawing on 25+ years’ experience in business, social entrepreneurship and creating positive impact, I help businesses achieve B Corp certification through training, mentoring, coaching and advisory services.

My support ranges from gap analysis and action planning to end-to-end certification and recertification support, including 1:1 coaching, practical support, fractional or embedded B Corp & Impact Lead roles, and my “Be More B” cohort programme for businesses seeking lighter-touch support.

My Impact Topic strengths include Purpose & Stakeholder Governance, Environmental Stewardship & Circularity, Climate Action, Fair Work, and Government Affairs & Collective Action. As an ISEP Practitioner with specialist training and an EMCC certified Individual and Team Coach, I also support carbon footprinting and reporting, Net Zero pathways, leadership development and systemic team coaching.

I work across sectors and company sizes, transferring insight and good practice between organisations ranging from founder-led businesses to larger, more complex organisations. My own consultancy has been B Corp certified since 2023.
