I bring 20+ years of experience across FMCG, agriculture (crops & livestock), food & drink, food safety & quality, and supply chain management. I know what it’s like to make change happen in a business when resources are tight, teams are busy, and stakeholder priorities compete.

I am passionate about helping businesses to build a legacy they can be proud of. I believe in the power of listening, of empowering people to be at their best, and of using intuition in combination with working in partnership.

I understand how change led by a business can positively influence sector change. I was on the committee of the British Fruit Juice Association, and on the Executive Committee of the Sustainable Agricultural Initiative Platform. I have also been a trustee of The Orchard Project, a community orchard charity.
