After over twenty years in business development and marketing, including long stints at the Guardian, and Japanese tech giants, Rakuten, Sal is now using her commercial acumen to develop successful, ethical businesses, with a focus on decoupling growth from negative environmental and societal impact.

Having now worked with over 50 businesses on their B Corp journeys over the last six years, Sal is on a mission to support even more businesses through the new B Corp standards and beyond.
