Sian Modine

I have worked in sustainability for 20 years and have been involved with the B Corp movement since 2017. I offer support to companies working towards B Corp certification, and I’m particularly interested in how the process can help employees across a business engage with its impact.

My consultancy work includes designing e-guidance and interactive learning experiences, online and in person. My aim is to make the new impact topics clear and accessible to people in different roles, while helping companies explore what the B Corp standards mean for their business.

I can design learning across the impact topics, have a specialism in Human Rights and a growing focus on Environmental Stewardship and Circularity.

I’m excited about the opportunities presented by the new B Corp standards. Working towards certification and committing to continuous improvement gives companies a reason to bring people together and discuss how they can increase their positive impact as a business. I’m especially interested in creating learning that helps more employees take part in those conversations, understand the thinking behind the standards and carry that understanding into their everyday work.
