Tamsin Stevens

Tamsin is an independent sustainability and B Corp consultant with 12 years of experience helping businesses measure, manage and communicate their impact.

Before going freelance, she worked as Sustainability Manager at dryrobe, AECOM and Accsys Technologies. That in-house experience means she understands the pressures teams face, and I focus on practical steps that fit how a business runs.

She supports companies through every stage of the B Corp journey, from gap analysis and first-time certification to recertification. She worked with the first UK company to recertify under the new B Corp standards, so she knows the requirements in detail and can help your company prepare for the audit with confidence. She can also help with policy writing, evidence gathering, carbon reporting, environmental and social training, and stakeholder engagement.

She holds a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Southampton, has a peer-reviewed publication on dietary change and carbon emissions, and works part-time as an assessor for the University of Cambridge postgraduate sustainability programmes.

She works with purpose-led businesses of all sizes in the UK and internationally, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients who want certification to lead to real change.
